1. Statutory Legal Identity & Compliance
Fatima Jamal Memorial Welfare Organization (FJMEMORIAL) is a registered charitable entity incorporated under the Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh (Registration No. DSW(4555)-K) and licensed with the Sindh Charities Registration & Regulations Commission (Registration No. SN5-220747301625487). All community operations, financial records, and relief missions comply strictly with the non-profit regulatory frameworks of Pakistan.
2. 100% Zakat Policy & Shariah Segregation
We maintain an uncompromised 100% Zakat execution rule:
- Every rupee received as Zakat is directed exclusively into genuine Mustahiqeen hands (orphans, verified widows, destitute families facing starvation, and life-critical medical operations).
- Zero percent of Zakat funds are deducted for administrative, advertising, or organizational operational costs.
- General operational expenses are covered through separate, unrestricted non-Zakat voluntary Sadaqah and philanthropic grants.
3. Sadqa-e-Jaria Dedication Terms
Contributions made for continuing charity (Water Hand Pumps, Tree Plantations, or upcoming Masjid Construction) are utilized solely for capital asset establishment in verified underserved locations. Donors dedicating projects in the name of parents or deceased loved ones (marhoomeen) receive direct photo documentation and physical updates upon project execution.
4. Beneficiary Dignity & Privacy Protection
In line with our core motto: "Help should restore dignity, not create dependency", FJMEMORIAL adheres to strict ethical photography and privacy guidelines. Beneficiaries (especially women, widows, and young children) are treated with utmost respect. Identifying names and residential addresses are safeguarded from public exploitation.
5. Banking & Financial Remittance Security
Donations are received solely through our verified official banking channel at Faysal Bank Limited (Account: 3098499000012158 / IBAN: PK79 FAYS 309849000012158). FJMEMORIAL does not authorize any individuals to solicit cash or collect donations via personal private accounts.
